Elroy AirMed is a medical retrieval company with global reaches originating in the UK. We were founded in 2022, drawing on many decades of experience amongst the team practising retrieval and critical care medicine, often in challenging locations.

Providing excellence in medical retrieval and repatriation through hand picked clinicians and logisticians; we maintain our specialist skills in some of the most respected acute hospitals and pre-hospital emergency services worldwide. We have decades of operational experience amongst the team practising in austere and remote locations in military, government and commercial capacities, rigorously applied to get our patients safely to where they need to be.

We cater to a broad range of clients ranging from private, government through to insurance companies. Regardless of who we work for, there is an unassailable principle in that we never compromise on providing the highest quality patient care.

I can’t thank you, Elroy and of course the Critical Care Paramedic enough. Without your team and service, we would have lost mum in Southern Europe. Since Elroy clinicians arrived last Thursday it has been full steam ahead. I have nothing but the most positive of feedback for both the Elroy doctor and paramedic. The whole experience was great with both them & your whole team; and the level of professionalism and care that was shown to my parents was amazing. As you said, the experience in Italy was very unpleasant for both of them, particularly Mum. To see her smiling during the trip home and just to hear how confident she was both whilst travelling in their care and after seeing them the night before department was very comforting.
