I am full of praise for your management team and our exceptional companion. The efficiency, speed and compassion for our circumstances gave us hope. Up until your initial contact I despaired we would ever get home. We seemed to be stuck in a holding pattern, getting nowhere. Not long after meeting the Elroy paramedic, I felt here we have someone who genuinely wanted to get us out of the clinic and home.
